Welcome to QTL-Mississippi – Quality Teaching and Learning for Mississippi schools. QTL supports you as you strive for better and higher test scores and at the same time control spending.
Teachers create collaborative learning communities and use research-based instructional practices, student data and technology strategies to identify and meet student needs.
School leaders support teachers and sustain a process of clear and continuous school improvement with the entire faculty working together and supporting each other.
Students become better prepared for life and work in the 21st century. They learn how to work together, analyze information and use 21st century tools to learn, work and communicate effectively.

ExplorNet CareerTech
More than a dozen Mississippi high schools currently participate in the ExplorNet Computer Engineering program, which provides training, curriculum, resources and support for high school IT teachers and students. Participating teachers can implement their classes online through our Moodle-powered classroom setup.
