North Carolina
The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning had its beginnings North Carolina in 1996, and over the past decade has served thousands of teachers and students across the state. The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning offers numerous programs to schools and teachers in North Carolina.
QTL Process Partnerships
Since its inception as ENTech in 2000, The QTL Process has impacted teachers and students in districts from the mountains to the coast, large and small, urban and rural, rich and poor. The program is currently offered through partnerships with specific school districts, including Brunswick County Schools, Franklin County Schools, Johnston County Schools, the Public Schools of Robeson County and others.

New and Emerging Teacher Institute
The North Carolina General Assembly designated 2008 funding to offer the NETI program to new teachers. Sessions are currently underway in several districts, preparing new and inexperienced teachers practical professional development designed to help them survive the early years and thrive in the classroom.

ExplorNet CareerTech
Through partnership with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction's Career and Technical Education division, The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning has built programs that offer curriculum, teacher training and support for high school Computer Engineering and Networking Iprograms in the state. ExplorNet also offers Digital Media workshops that give teachers new skills in software such as Flash and Photoshop.
