The QTL Process
Raising Achievement
The QTL Process is designed to help schools and districts achieve more by showing teachers new ways to create an active and engaging learning environment. We offer numerous programs that can be incorporated into a customized long-term plan that meets local needs.
The recommended starting point for most schools and districts is Foundations in QTL. With Foundations, teams of teachers spend five days in a model classroom learning new ways to engage students through research-based teaching strategies along with technology and other tools. These first five days are followed by an implementation phase where teachers apply what they've learned in their own classrooms. The goals include:

Parallel Tracks
Whatever the starting point, The QTL Process includes parallel tracks for teachers and administrators. The program is flexible and can be modified according to local needs.
